  • Find the property you want to book

  • Submit application online

  • Pay non-refundable four weeks’ rent as Holding Deposit

  • Your agreement will be sent to your email to sign electronically within one week

  • Pay bond

What do I need to pay before I move in?

You will need to pay two weeks’ rent and bond before you move in. 

There are no other costs – no taxes added on, no hidden extras.

Four weeks’ rent in advance is your Holding Deposit. This will be treated as your four weeks’ rent payment once your booking is confirmed.
 

How much bond do I need to pay?

A bond equal to 4-5 weeks rent is required to be paid at the time of signing your contract. This amount is then sent to the relevant state’s Rental Tenancy Bond Authority where it is held until after you vacate the property. It is then returned to you less any amounts you may owe to Yourzone, such as unpaid rent or damages, at the end of your contract.

Payment Methods

Check In

You can only move into your room from the start date of your tenancy onwards; our standard tenancies have fixed dates and cannot be changed. However, if you need to move in earlier, it may be possible to book an additional short stay tenancy if a room is available. This would involve signing another set of paperwork and you will be charged for any additional nights. Please contact us for more information.
